Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
God the Almighty always says the truth.

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
