THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Surely, Elias too was among the Messengers. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
