Nooh 2 of 2
Nuh (Noah) said: "My Lord! They have disobeyed me, and followed one whose wealth and children give him no increase but only loss. 21 and who have devised a most awesome blasphemy [against Thee,] 22 And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr. 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 Because of their sins they were drowned (in the flood), and were made to enter the Fire (of Punishment): and they found- in lieu of Allah- none to help them. 25 Noah said, "Lord, do not leave a single disbeliever on earth; 26 If Thou shouldst leave them, they will mislead Thy slaves and will beget none save lewd ingrates. 27 "My Lord! Forgive me, and my parents, and him who enters my home as a believer, and all the believing men and women. And to the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, and disbelievers, etc.) grant You no increase but destruction!" 28
True are the words of God the Almighty.
