Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 span class="col">Their brother Noah asked them, "Why do you not fear God? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 [Whereupon] he prayed: "O my Sustainer! Behold, my people have given me the lie: 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
