The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful 1

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. 2 The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 3 Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 4 You (alone) we worship; and You (alone) we rely for help. 5 (Lord), guide us to the right path, 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
