The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
