The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Woe to every slanderer and backbiter. 1 Who amasses wealth and hordes it. 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever. 3 By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces, 4 and what shall teach thee what is the Crusher; 5 The fire of Allah, that is ablaze. 6 Which rises above the hearts. 7 It shall be made into a vault over them, 8 in extended columns. 9

Almighty Allah's Truth.
