۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 in a hidden Book 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 And burning in hell. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
