Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Ya Sin. 1 I swear by the Quran full of wisdom 2 you are truly among the Messengers, 3 upon a Straight Path. 4 the sending down of the All-mighty, the All-wise, 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned and so they are unaware. 6 Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that they cannot bow their heads 8 And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see. 9 It is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them for they shall not believe. 10 Thou only warnest him who follows the Remembrance and who fears the All-merciful in the Unseen; so give him the good tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 Verily, We shall indeed bring the dead back to life; and We shall record whatever [deeds] they have sent ahead, and the traces [of good and evil] which they have left behind: for of all things do We take account in a record clear. 12
