The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 And Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Lo! This is in the former scrolls. 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
