The food of the Zakkum tree 43 Will be the food of the sinners, 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 (Saying): 'Taste, surely you are the mighty and noble! 49 Surely this is what you disputed about. 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 In Gardens and water-springs. 52 Attired in silk and brocade, they shall be arrayed face to face. 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 an act of thy Sustainer's favour: and that, that will be the triumph supreme! 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 Therefore wait (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) – they too are waiting. 59
