We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
