God said, "O Jesus, I shall take you to Me and will raise you up to Me and shall clear you [of the calumnies] of the disbelievers, and shall place those who follow you above those who deny the truth, until the Day of Judgement; then to Me shall all return and I will judge between you regarding your disputes. 55 "And as for those who are bent on denying the truth, I shall cause them to suffer a suffering severe in this world and in the life to come, and they shall have none to succour them; 56 But as for the believers, who do deeds of righteousness, He will pay them in full their wages: and God loves not the evildoers. 57 This We recite to thee of signs and wise remembrance. 58 Jesus in the sight of God is like Adam. He created him from dust; then said to him, "Be!" and he was. 59 The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters. 60 But whoever disputes with you in this matter after what has come to you of knowledge, then say: Come let us call our sons and your sons and our women and your women and our near people and your near people, then let us be earnest in prayer, and pray for the curse of Allah on the liars. 61 This is the true account. There is no deity save Him. God is Mighty and Wise." 62 If they turn away, Allah knows the evildoers. 63
