The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the snorting chargers, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
