Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 and that My chastisement is the painful chastisement. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 "Have no fear," they said. "We bring you news of a son full of wisdom." 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing ones." 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
