It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 Nay, they say the like of what the ancients said: 81 They say: What! When we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: "To whom does the earth and whosoever is upon it then belong, if you know?" 84 They will say: Allah's. Say: Will you not then mind? 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say: In Whose hand is the dominion over all things and He protecteth, while against Him there is no protection, if ye have knowledge? 88 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'How then are you bewitched? 89 Aye! We have brought them the truth and verily they are the liars. 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
