Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Qaf. By the glorious Quran! 1 But nay - they deem it strange that a warner should have come unto them from their own midst; and so these deniers of the truth are saying, "A strange thing is this! 2 What! When we are dead and reduced to mere dust, (shall we be raised to life)? Such a return is far-fetched.” 3 We know all what the earth decreases from them; and with Us is a Book that retains. 4 But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they are in a confused condition. 5 Have they not looked at the heaven above them, how We have made it and adorned it, and there are no rifts in it? 6 We spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains, and We cause every delightful thing to grow in it 7 Giving insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to Allah]. 8 And We send down from the sky rain charted with blessing, and We produce therewith gardens and Grain for harvests; 9 And the tall palm-trees having spadices closely set one above another, 10 all this as sustenance for Our servants. And thus We do bring the dead land back to life with water. Such shall be the coming forth (of human beings from the earth). 11 Before them, the people of Noah and the people of Rass denied this truth; and so did the people of Thamud. 12 and so did 'Ad, and Pharaoh and Lot's brethren, 13 the dwellers of the Thicket and the nation of Tubba', all belied their Messengers, therefore My threat was realized. 14 So did We tire by creating the first time? Rather they doubt being created again. 15

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
