Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
