The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Woe unto every slanderer, traducer, 1 Who amasseth wealth; and counteth it. 2 thinking his wealth will render him immortal! 3 On the contrary! He shall be flung to the Crusher. 4 and what shall teach thee what is the Crusher; 5 The Fire of God kindled 6 The which doth mount (Right) to the Hearts: 7 covered down upon them, 8 In outstretched columns. 9

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
