The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
