Nay, by the moon, 32 And the night when on the wane, 33 By the morning when it brighteneth. 34 hell is certainly the greatest calamity. 35 A warning to mankind,- 36 a warning to everyone of you whether he would like to come forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul will be (held) in pledge for its deeds. 38 Save those who will stand on the right hand. 39 in Gardens they will question 40 about the guilty ones: 41 “What drove you to Hell?” 42 They will reply, "We did not pray, 43 and we did not feed the poor; 44 and we were wont to indulge in sinning together with all [the others] who indulged in it; 45 and we denied the Day of Judgement 46 until there came to us the certainty. 47 So no intercession will avail them. 48 Then what is wrong with them (i.e. the disbelievers) that they turn away from (receiving) admonition? 49 As if they were alarmed donkeys 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 Yea, everyone of them claims that he [himself] ought to have been given revelations unfolded! 52 By no means! But they fear not the Hereafter, 53 By no means! Verily this Qur'an is an admonition. 54 Then whoever wills will remember it. 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
Almighty Allah's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
