O you who believe! seek assistance through patience and prayer; surely Allah is with the patient. 153 And say not of those who are slain in the way of Allah: "They are dead." Nay, they are living, though ye perceive (it) not. 154 And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.). 155 Those who say, when afflicted with a calamity, "We belong to God and to Him we shall return," 156 On such men are the blessings of God and His mercy, for they are indeed on the right path. 157 ۞ Indeed Safa and Marwah are among the emblems of Allah: it is, therefore, no sin for him, who performs Hajj or `Umrah to the House of AIIah, to run between the two hills; and Allah knows and appreciates him who does any good with a willing heart. 158 Those who hide the authoritative proofs and the guidance that We have revealed, after it has been made clear for the People of the Book, will be condemned by God and those who have the right to condemn. 159 except those who repent, and mend (their deeds) and clarify. Those I shall accept them. I am the Receiver of repentance, the Most Merciful. 160 But those who disbelieve, and die disbelieving shall incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. 161 Abiding in it; their chastisement shall not be lightened nor shall they be given respite. 162 And your God is one God! there is no god but He; He is the Beneficent, the Merciful. 163
