The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 in mind will keep it he who stands in awe [of God,] 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
