The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 who has ordained and guided, 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
