The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By oath of those who establish proper ranks. 1 And by oath of those who herd with a stern warning. 2 and by the reciters of the Reminder: 3 your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and all that is between them, and Lord of every point of the sun's risings. (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah). 5 Verily! We have adorned the near heaven with the stars (for beauty). 6 and have protected it from every rebellious satan. 7 they cannot overhear the Higher Assembly for they are pelted from every side, 8 Outcast, and theirs is a perpetual torment; 9 Except those who eavesdrop and are pursued by a shooting flame. 10 Then ask them (i.e. these polytheists, O Muhammad SAW): "Are they stronger as creation, or those (others like the heavens and the earth and the mountains, etc.) whom We have created?" Verily, We created them of a sticky clay. 11 No wonder you are surprised as they laugh with scorn. 12 And when they are warned they pay no heed. 13 When they are shown a sign, they scoff at it 14 And they say: This is nothing but clear magic: 15 When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 16 Will our forefathers also be brought to life again?" 17 Say thou: "Yea, and ye shall then be humiliated (on account of your evil)." 18 The Day of Judgment will come within a single roar and they will remain gazing at it. 19 And they shall say: O woe to us! this is the day of requital. 20 “This is the Day of Judgement, which you used to deny!” 21

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
