The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir)
56 verses, revealed in Mecca after Unknown Person (Al-Muzzammil) before The Key (Al-Faatehah)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
O thou shrouded in thy mantle, 1 arise and give warning! 2 And your Lord glorify 3 And thy garments keep free from stain! 4 stay away from sins 5 Do not give, thinking to gain greater 6 and persevere for your Lord's sake. 7 Then, when the Trumpet is sounded (i.e. its second blowing); 8 Surely that day will be a day of anguish, 9 Not easy upon the disbelievers. 10 Leave Me with him whom I alone have created, 11 To whom I granted resources in abundance, 12 And children present [with him] 13 To whom I made (life) smooth and comfortable! 14 and yet, he greedily desires that I give yet more! 15 Not at all! Surely, he has been disobedient to Our verses. 16 I will cover him with arduous torment. 17 For he thought and he plotted;- 18 May he be accursed, how he planned! 19 Yea, Woe to him; How he plotted!- 20 Then he looked around, 21 then frowned and scowled; 22 Then he turned back and was haughty; 23 He said, 'This is naught but a trumped-up sorcery; 24 This is nothing but the word of mortal man!" 25 I will cast him into the fire of Hell. 26 - Ah, what will convey unto thee what that burning is! - 27 It leaves naught nor does it spare aught. 28 Burning the skins! 29 and it has nineteen angelic keepers. 30 And We have not made the keepers of the Fire except angels. And We have not made their number except as a trial for those who disbelieve - that those who were given the Scripture will be convinced and those who have believed will increase in faith and those who were given the Scripture and the believers will not doubt and that those in whose hearts is hypocrisy and the disbelievers will say, "What does Allah intend by this as an example?" Thus does Allah leave astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows the soldiers of your Lord except Him. And mention of the Fire is not but a reminder to humanity. 31

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
