"O My servants, you need not fear this Day, nor shall you grieve" -- 68 those who believed in Our revelations and surrendered themselves to Us. 69 will be told, "Enter Paradise with your spouses in delight. 70 There shall be passed around them platters of gold, and cups, therein being whatever the souls desire, and the eyes delight in. 'And therein, you shall dwell forever. 71 this is the Garden which you will inherit by virtue of your past deeds, 72 You shall have therein abundant fruit to eat' 73 As for the evil-doers, they shall endure forever the torment of Hell, 74 which will not be lightened for them, and therein they shall be silent. 75 We did not wrong them, but they were harmdoers. 76 And they will cry out, “O Malik*, ask your Lord to finish us!” He will answer, “Rather you are to stay (forever).” (*The guard of hell) 77 We brought you the truth, but most of you were averse to the truth. 78 Or have they plotted some plan? Then We too are planning. 79 Or do they, perchance, think that We do not hear their hidden thoughts and their secret confabulations? Yea, indeed, [We do,] and Our heavenly forces are with them, recording [all]. 80 Say: If the Beneficent Allah has a son, I am the foremost of those who serve. 81 But -- exalted be the Lord of the heavens and earth, the Lord of the Throne -- He is far above their [false] descriptions. 82 But leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised: 83 And He it is Who is God in the heavens and God in the earth, and He is the Wise, the Knower. 84 And blest be He Whose is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, and with Him is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Him ye will be made to return. 85 And those whom they invoke instead of Him have no power of intercession; except those who bear witness to the truth (i.e. believed in the Oneness of Allah, and obeyed His Orders), and they know (the facts about the Oneness of Allah). 86 And if you should ask them who created them, they would certainly say: Allah. Whence are they then turned back? 87 [But God has full knowledge of the true believer] and of his [despairing] cry: "O my Sustainer! Verily, these are people who will not believe!" 88 yet pardon them, and say, 'Peace!' Soon they will know. 89
