And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance! 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
