What, do the unbelievers reckon that they may take My servants as friends, apart from Me? We have prepared Gehenna for the unbelievers' hospitality. 102 (Muhammad), tell them, "Should I tell you who will face the greatest loss as a result of their deeds? 103 "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds! 104 "They are those who deny the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter). So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall not give them any weight. 105 Hell will be their reward, because they denied the truth, and made a jest of My signs and My messengers. 106 Those who believe and do good works shall have the gardens of Paradise for their abode. 107 Where they will abide for ever, never wanting a change. 108 Say: "If the ocean were ink (wherewith to write out) the words of my Lord, sooner would the ocean be exhausted than would the words of my Lord, even if we added another ocean like it, for its aid." 109 Say (O Muhammad): "I am no more than a human being like you; one to whom revelation is made: 'Your Lord is the One and Only God.' Hence, whoever looks forward to meet his Lord, let him do righteous works, and let him associate none with the worship of his Lord." 110
