We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
