۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 But if he [the dying person] is one of those brought near to God, 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
