The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
