Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Perish the hands of AbiLahab, and perish he! 1 His wealth will not avail him or that which he gained. 2 [In the life to come] he shall have to endure a fire fiercely glowing; 3 And his wife, the portress of fire wood, 4 [who bears] around her neck a rope of twisted strands! 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
