And assuredly Nuh cried unto us; and We are the Best of answerers! 75 And We delivered him and his people from the great distress, 76 and We made his seed the survivors, 77 and left for him among the later folk 78 Salamun (peace) be upon Nuh (Noah) (from Us) among the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)!" 79 Thus do We surely reward the doers of good. 80 Surely he was of Our believing servants. 81 Then We drowned the others. 82 ۞ Of his party was Abraham. 83 When he came unto his Lord with a whole heart; 84 and when he said to his father and to his nation: 'What do you worship? 85 Is it a calumny, gods apart from God, that you desire? 86 what, then, is your opinion of the Lord of the worlds? 87 He looked up at the stars. 88 and said: 'Surely, I am sick (of what you worship)' 89 So they departed from him turning their backs. 90 Then he turned to their gods, and said: 'What do you eat? 91 What is the matter with you, that you do not speak' 92 Then he started striking them down with his right hand. 93 So they (people) advanced towards him, hastening. 94 He said, “What! You worship what you yourselves have sculpted?” 95 when it is Allah who created you and all that you do' 96 They spoke among themselves: “Build him a pyre and then throw him into the furnace.” 97 So they plotted a plot against him, but We made them the lowest. 98 He said, 'I am going to my Lord; He will guide me. 99 My Lord! grant me of the doers of good deeds. 100 (In response to this prayer) We gave him the good news of a prudent boy; 101 and when he was old enough to go about and work with him, (one day) Abraham said to him: “My son, I see in my dream that I am slaughtering you. So consider (and tell me) what you think.” He said: “Do as you are bidden. You will find me, if Allah so wills, among the steadfast.” 102 When they both agreed and Abraham had lain down his son on the side of his face (for slaughtering), 103 We called to him, "Abraham, 104 You have indeed shown the truth of the vision; surely thus do We reward the doers of good: 105 Verily, that indeed was a manifest trial 106 So We ransomed him for a great sacrifice, 107 and left for him among the later folk 108 Salamun (peace) be upon Ibrahim (Abraham)!" 109 This is how We reward the virtuous. 110 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 111 And We gave him the good news of Isaac, a Prophet and among the righteous ones. 112 We blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do right, and (some) that obviously do wrong, to their own souls. 113

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
