But they did not listen to me," Noah said, "and followed him whose wealth and children only added to his ruin. 21 And they have planned a very great plan. 22 And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr. 23 And they have led many astray. Increase Thou not the evildoers save in error!' 24 Because of their sins, they were drowned and made to enter hell. They could find no one to help them besides God. 25 And Nuh said: My Lord! leave not upon the land any dweller from among the unbelievers: 26 Surely, if Thou leavest them, they will lead Thy servants astray, and will beget none but unbelieving libertines. 27 My Lord! Forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house believing, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin. 28
