We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 Therefore flee unto God! I am a clear warner from Him to you. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!" 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day which they are promised. 60
God the Almighty always says the truth.
