To the People of Pharaoh, too, aforetime, came Warners (from Allah). 41 (They) belied all Our Signs, so We seized them with a Seizure of the All-Mighty, All-Capable to carry out what he Will (Omnipotent). 42 Are your infidels better than these? Or is there an immunity for you in the Writs? 43 Or do they say: "We are a well-accoutred army?" 44 The hosts shall soon be routed and they shall be put to flight. 45 Nay, but the Hour (of doom) is their appointed tryst, and the Hour will be more wretched and more bitter (than their earthly failure). 46 Verily, the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.) are in error (in this world) and will burn (in the Hell-fire in the Hereafter). 47 The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar." 48 Surely We have created everything according to a measure. 49 And Our command is but one (word) swift as the winking of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you in the past: So is there any one who will be warned? 51 And every thing they did is in the scriptures, 52 every action, small or great, is noted down. 53 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, 54 honorably seated in the presence of the All-dominant King. 55
