VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 and [also,] that the suffering which I shall impose [on sinners] will indeed be a suffering most grievous. 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 when they came to him they greeted him with: "Peace." He said,"We feel afraid of you." 52 They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom. 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 excepting the folk of Lot; them we shall deliver 59 except his wife (about whom Allah says that) We have decreed that she shall be among those who stay behind." 60
