Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), “I worship only Allah, and I do not ascribe any partner to Him.” 20 Say: "It is not in my power to cause you harm, or to bring you to the Right Path." 21 Say: Lo! none can protect me from Allah, nor can I find any refuge beside Him 22 Unless I convey from God and deliver His message." For those who disobey God and His Apostle is the fire of Hell, where they will abide for ever; 23 When they see that which they were promised they shall know who is weaker in helpers and fewer in numbers. 24 Say: 'I do not know whether that which you are promised is nigh, or whether my Lord will appoint for it a space; 25 The All Knowing of all the hidden does not give anyone the control over His secrets. 26 He causes angelic guards to march before and after him. 27 So that He may know if they have delivered their Lord's messages. He comprehends all that has been given them, and keeps count of everything. 28

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
