Blest be He Who hath placed big stars in the heaven, and hath placed therein a lamp and a moon enlightening. 61 And it is He who made the night and day a succession for whom He desires to remember or He desires to be thankful. 62 And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace, 63 And who spend the night prostrating and standing, for their Lord. 64 Who say: "O our Lord, avert from us the torment of Hell: Its punishment is surely continuous. 65 It is indeed an evil halt and an evil abode;" 66 They are those who are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but keep a balance between the two; 67 who do not worship idols besides God, nor without a just cause murder a soul to whom God has granted amnesty, who do not commit fornication, for those who do so have committed a sin 68 The punishment shall be doubled to him on the day of resurrection, and he shall abide therein in abasement; 69 except he who repents and believes and does good works those, Allah will change their evil deeds into good deeds; Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 70 Whosoever repents and does the right, will have turned back to God by way of repentance; 71 And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity. 72 And those who, when they are reminded of the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat. 73 And those who pray, "Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous." 74 Those shall be rewarded with the highest apartment, because they persevered; and therein they shall be met with a greeting and salutation. 75 and wherein they will live for ever: what an excellent abode and what an excellent resting place! 76 Say (to the Rejecters): "My Lord is not uneasy because of you if ye call not on Him: But ye have indeed rejected (Him), and soon will come the inevitable (punishment)!" 77
