The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore advise, if advising is beneficial. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. 15 Nay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world; 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
