Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The craving for excess wealth kept you people neglectful. 1 until you reach your graves. 2 No indeed; but soon you shall know. 3 nay, again, you shall soon come to know. 4 And yet if you knew with positive knowledge 5 you would indeed, most surely, behold the blazing fire [of hell]! 6 In the end you will indeed, most surely, behold it with the eye of certainty: 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8
