THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 and at night.
