Blessed be He who has set the constellations in the heaven, and set amongst them a sun, and an illuminating moon. 61 And He it is Who has put the night and the day in succession, for such who desires to remember or desires to show his gratitude. 62 And the bondmen of the Compassionate are those who walk upon the earth meekly and when the ignorants address them, they say peace 63 who pass their nights in prostrating themselves and standing before their Lord: 64 And these who say: our Lord! avert from us the torment of Hell; verily the torment thereof is perishment. 65 It is a terrible abode and an evil station," 66 And [they are] those who, when they spend, do so not excessively or sparingly but are ever, between that, [justly] moderate 67 And those who do not worship any other deity along with Allah, and do not unjustly kill any living thing which Allah has forbidden, nor commit adultery; and whoever does this will receive punishment. 68 of sin-doubled shall be the chastisement for him on the Resurrection Day, and he shall dwell therein humbled, 69 except he who repents and believes and does good works those, Allah will change their evil deeds into good deeds; Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 70 And whosoever repenteth and worketh righteously, then verily he repenteth toward Allah with a true repentance. 71 And those who do not bear false witness, and when they pass by frivolity, they pass by with dignity; 72 Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind; 73 And those who say: our Lord bestow on us coolness of eyes from our wives and our offspring, and make us unto the God-fearing a pattern. 74 Those will be awarded the Chamber for what they patiently endured, and they will be received therein with greetings and [words of] peace. 75 Abiding eternally therein. Good is the settlement and residence. 76 Say: 'My Lord esteems you not at all were it not for your prayer, for you have cried lies, and it shall surely be fastened.' 77
