And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 "It is true we were promised this,- we and our fathers before (us): these are nothing but tales of the ancients." 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 And they say: when will this Promise be fufilled if ye say sooth? 71 Say: 'It may be that riding behind you already is some part of that you seek to hasten on. 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 But, verily, thy Sustainer knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they bring into the open: 74 And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register. 75 Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ. 76 It is a guidance and a mercy to believers. 77 Surely your Lord in His wisdom will decide between them. He is all-mighty and all-knowing. 78 Hence, place thy trust in God [alone] - for, behold, that in which thou believest is truth self-evident. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 And you will not guide the blind out of their error; and none listen to you except those who accept faith in Our signs, and they are Muslims. 81 ۞ And when the Word (promise) appears upon them, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth to speak to them – because the people were not accepting faith in Our signs. (This beast will rise from the earth, when the Last Day draws near.) 82
