All that is on the earth is doomed to perish, 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 28 Everyone in the heavens and the earth depends on Him. His task in preserving His creation is continuous. 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 Disposing all works quickly We tend towards your account, O you two large groups! 31 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 32 O the groups of jinns and men, if you can cross the boundaries of the heavens and the earth, then cross them; wherever you may go, His is the kingdom! 33 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 34 On you will be sent (O ye evil ones twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have: 35 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 36 When the heaven splits asunder and turns crimson, like red leather. 37 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 38 For on that Day neither man nor invisible being will be asked about his sins. 39 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 42 (It will be said): “This is the Hell that the culprits had cried lies to. 43 In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! 44 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 45

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
