BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 47 With spreading branches; 48 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 51 In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 53 Reclining on beds, the inner coverings of which are of silk brocade; and the fruits of the two gardens shall be within reach. 54 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 55 therein maidens restraining their glances, untouched before them by any man or jinn -- 56 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 57 [When you are promised splendours] as though [of] rubies and [of] pearls 58 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be anything other than goodness? 60 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,- 62 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 63 Two Gardens, dark green and fresh. 64 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 65 In them will be two gushing springs. 66 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 67 therein fruits, and palm-trees, and pomegranates -- 68 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 71 Maidens (of Paradise, Houris) in cloistered cool pavilions. 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 Whom neither a man or jinn had ever touched before them. 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 75 They shall be reclining on green cushions and splendid carpets. 76 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
