But for him who lived in awe of the sublimity of his Lord, there will be two gardens -- 46 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 49 With two springs of water flowing through them both. -- 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In them there are pairs of each kind of fruit. 52 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 53 reclining upon couches lined with brocade, the fruits of the gardens nigh to gather -- 54 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. 58 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 59 Is the reward for good [anything] but good? 60 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 61 And besides these two there shall be two other Gardens. 62 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 63 Both [gardens] of the darkest green. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 In both of them there will be fruit trees and date-palms and pomegranates. 68 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 69 Therein will be damsels agreeable and beauteous. 70 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 71 They are houris (maidens of Paradise), hidden from view, in pavilions. 72 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 73 Undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 74 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets. 76 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78
