▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the setting of the stars 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 Can you not bring him back? (Answer) if you are truthful 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
