Pray, "Lord, if you would show me that [the punishment] of which they have been warned, 93 “Therefore my Lord, do not group me with the unjust.” 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best Aware of that which they allege. 96 And pray: "My Lord! I seek Your refuge from the suggestions of the evil ones; 97 I seek refuge with You, Lord, lest they should come near me." 98 (They shall persist in their deeds) until when death comes to anyone of them he will say: "My Lord, send me back to the world 99 That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected. 100 And then no sooner the Trumpet is blown than there will remain no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask one another. 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 Were not My communications recited to you? But you used to reject them. 105 They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people: 106 Lord, deliver us from Hell. Then, if we revert again, we shall definitely be wrongdoers." 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 Indeed, there was a party of My servants who said, 'Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.' 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 Now today I have recompensed them for their patient endurance; they are the triumphant.' 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account." 113 He will say: "Ye stayed not but a little,- if ye had only known! 114 Did you, then, think that We created you in mere idle play, and that you would not have to return to Us?" 115 So exalted is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth; there is no deity except Him, Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And (O Muhammad) say: My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for Thou art Best of all who show mercy. 118
